設(shè)備配置選型  Device configuration

 

1. 快速油缸：速度和壓力集合氣動和普通油缸的優(yōu)點，速度快壓力足，壓力可調(diào)，常用出力20-60T可選。一次行程可設(shè)定快速轉(zhuǎn)換慢速即兩段速。推薦中大型家電面板控制板產(chǎn)品使用。

2. 普通油缸：壓力和速度滿足IMD/IML工藝拉伸高之技術(shù)需求。壓力可調(diào)。常用出力5-20T可選。適用產(chǎn)品側(cè)邊包邊拉伸產(chǎn)品及中小型家電面控制板產(chǎn)品。

3. 高級配置：觸屏操作配合PLC控制系統(tǒng)，電機驅(qū)動加熱板。成型保壓時間、加熱時間、加熱溫度數(shù)字化觸屏調(diào)整并可以編號記錄，作為技術(shù)參數(shù)長期保存，輸入編號即可調(diào)出生產(chǎn)參數(shù)，便于生產(chǎn)管理。

4. 標準配置：按鈕操作，功能直觀。和同等規(guī)格設(shè)備相比性價比高。
